About the Internship:

Chambers of Ashish Mehta invites applications for three physical internship slots for a minimum period of 4 months, starting from 01st August 2024. This is an exceptional opportunity for law students to gain hands-on experience in a professional legal setting. Interns will engage in rigorous legal research and writing, contributing to high-profile cases and gaining valuable insights into legal practice.

Eligibility:

  • Applicants must have attempted the 4th semester (3-year course) or the 8th semester (5-year course) exam.

  • Proven and impressive command over legal research and legal writing skills is mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research on various legal issues.

  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

  • Assist in case preparation and court proceedings.

  • Collaborate with senior lawyers and participate in client meetings.

  • Maintain accurate and organized case files.

Duration:

  • Minimum period of 4 months, starting from 01st August 2024.
