About the Job:

Lexansh & Co is seeking a fresh law graduate to join their team as an IPR Legal Associate. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are passionate about intellectual property law and eager to develop their skills in a professional and dynamic environment. The IPR Legal Associate will be responsible for assisting with trademark, patent, and copyright applications, conducting legal research, and supporting senior attorneys in various tasks related to intellectual property matters.

Eligibility:

- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a recognized university

- Basic understanding of intellectual property laws and concepts

- Strong research and analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and filing of trademark, patent, and copyright applications

- Conduct research on intellectual property laws, regulations, and case law

- Support senior attorneys in drafting legal documents, such as agreements and licenses

- Review and analyze IP portfolios to identify potential issues and opportunities

- Help in managing and maintaining records of intellectual property assets

- Assist with the preparation of legal opinions and reports

- Participate in meetings with clients and provide support during consultations

- Monitor and report on the status of IP applications and renewals
