About the Internship:

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). Interns will engage in global projects, work closely with an experienced team, and enhance their understanding of IP laws and procedures. This long-term internship is ideal for students eager to develop their expertise in IPR.


Eligibility:

- Open to all law students with a keen interest in Intellectual Property Rights.

- Prior experience or a basic understanding of IPR concepts is preferred.

- Strong research and analytical skills.

- Good communication and drafting abilities.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research on various IPR topics, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and filing IP-related documents.

- Support the team in handling IP disputes and advisory services.

- Collaborate on global projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

- Stay updated with developments in domestic and international IP laws.


Duration:

4 to 6 months.


Salary/Stipend:

INR 3,000-5,000 per month.

This is a remote internship, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
