About the Internship/Job:

Phoenix Law Chambers is offering an exciting opportunity for both Legal Associates and Law Students seeking internship/assessment internship positions. The internship/job will commence from April 8th, 2024, and will provide hands-on experience in a variety of legal tasks. The location of the firm is at Dwarka, Delhi.


Eligibility:

For Legal Associates:

  • Prior court appearances experience is required.

  • Strong drafting skills.

  • Excellent legal research and analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.


For Internship/Assessment Internship:

  • Law students currently enrolled in LLB or LLM programs.

  • Strong interest in gaining practical legal experience.

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.


Roles and Responsibilities:

For Legal Associates:

  • Conduct court appearances and represent clients.

  • Draft legal documents and pleadings.

  • Conduct legal research and analysis.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment.


For Internship/Assessment Internship:

  • Assist Legal Associates in court appearances and client representation.

  • Draft legal documents and assist in legal research.

  • Learn and develop legal skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing cases.

Duration:

The internship/job will start from April 8th, 2024, and the duration will be based on mutual agreement.
