About the Job:

The Chambers of MK Bhardwaj is seeking to hire two associates with 0-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). The associates will be responsible for assisting with court appearances, legal drafting, and other ancillary tasks. This role provides an excellent opportunity for young lawyers to gain valuable experience in high-stakes litigation and service law.

Eligibility:

• 0-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)

• Proficiency in English with strong drafting skills

• Interest and experience in service law will be preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in court appearances in the Supreme Court, High Court, and CAT

• Drafting legal documents, including petitions, affidavits, and legal notices

• Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries

• Managing case files and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date

• Liaising with clients and other legal professionals

• Handling other ancillary legal tasks as required

Duration:

• The position is available immediately and is a full-time role.
