About the Job:

They are currently seeking a dedicated and proficient Legal Associate to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for law, a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services, and the drive to grow professionally within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience in legal practice, with a strong foundation in drafting, legal research, and court appearances.
Proficiency in the English language, with exceptional writing and communication skills.
Experience in appearing before District Courts and Tribunals.
Proven ability to handle clients with professionalism and care.
Candidates residing near Pitam Pura, Delhi, will be given preference.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and legal advisory services.
Draft and vet a wide range of legal documents, including petitions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
Represent the firm and its clients in court hearings, tribunals, and other legal proceedings.
Engage with clients to understand their legal needs and provide tailored advice and solutions.
Collaborate with senior lawyers and team members on complex cases and projects.
Stay updated on legal developments and changes in law that impact the firm’s practice areas.

Duration:

This is a full-time position with an immediate joining requirement.
