Position: Real Estate and General Corporate Intern / Corporate and Compliance Associate
Location: Vasundhara, Ghaziabad
About the Internship/Job:
They are seeking motivated individuals with a foundational understanding of the Law of Contracts, the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA), and the Negotiable Instruments Act (NI Act), coupled with basic drafting skills. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage deeply with Real Estate and Corporate Law, providing hands-on experience and professional growth in a supportive, high-caliber environment.
Eligibility:
Internship: Students currently in their 4th or 5th year of graduate law school.
Job: Fresh law graduates looking to start their career in the legal field.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Conduct legal research on various aspects of Real Estate and Corporate Law.
Support the team in compliance and regulatory matters.
Participate in client meetings and provide legal assistance under supervision.
Stay updated with the latest developments in RERA, NI Act, and other relevant legislation.
Duration:
Internship: Minimum of 2 months.
Job: 2 months of probation, leading to a permanent position as a Corporate and Compliance Associate.
