• Position: Real Estate and General Corporate Intern / Corporate and Compliance Associate

• Location: Vasundhara, Ghaziabad

About the Internship/Job:

They are seeking motivated individuals with a foundational understanding of the Law of Contracts, the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA), and the Negotiable Instruments Act (NI Act), coupled with basic drafting skills. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage deeply with Real Estate and Corporate Law, providing hands-on experience and professional growth in a supportive, high-caliber environment.

Eligibility:

• Internship: Students currently in their 4th or 5th year of graduate law school.

• Job: Fresh law graduates looking to start their career in the legal field.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

• Conduct legal research on various aspects of Real Estate and Corporate Law.

• Support the team in compliance and regulatory matters.

• Participate in client meetings and provide legal assistance under supervision.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in RERA, NI Act, and other relevant legislation.

Duration:

• Internship: Minimum of 2 months.

• Job: 2 months of probation, leading to a permanent position as a Corporate and Compliance Associate.
