About the Job:

The law firm is offering an exciting opportunity for Advocates/Freshers to join its dynamic team. The position entails working on a diverse range of cases spanning Direct and Indirect Tax, Customs Litigation, Corporate Laws, IBC, Real Estate, DRT Litigation, Criminal and Civil Laws, and Property Laws. This full-time role provides a platform for individuals to hone their legal skills and gain practical experience in a professional environment.

Eligibility:

Candidates must hold an LLB/LLM degree. Freshers of LLB/LLM are also encouraged to apply. The minimum experience required ranges from 1 to 5 years.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Drafting legal documents and petitions

• Representing clients in court proceedings

• Providing legal advice and counsel

• Assisting senior advocates in case preparation

• Maintaining accurate case records and documentation
