About the Company:

A prestigious law firm located in Jangpura Extension, Delhi, specializing in diverse legal services, including corporate law, litigation, and advisory. The firm is committed to fostering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Eligibility:

• Law degree from a recognized institution.

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.

• Strong research and drafting skills.

• Preference will be given to candidates with Company Secretary qualifications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on various topics and provide comprehensive reports.

• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and opinions.

• Assist in case preparation, including the drafting of pleadings and legal submissions.

• Attend court proceedings and client meetings under the supervision of senior advocates.

• Collaborate with the team to provide legal opinions and advice.

• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the firm’s practice areas.

• Assist in company secretarial tasks if qualified.

Duration:

• Full-time permanent position.
