About the Internship/Job:

This position involves engaging in diverse legal areas, offering exposure to litigation and consultancy work. Advocates will have the autonomy to handle individual cases while benefiting from a supportive team.

Eligibility:

Advocates with 1-2 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE).

Strong knowledge and interest in Energy Law, Insolvency Law, Arbitration, Service Law, Writs, Criminal Law, and Government Policy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Represent clients in legal proceedings.

Provide legal advice and consultancy services.

Engage in arbitration and dispute resolution.

Draft and review legal documents.

Handle matters related to Insolvency Law.

Stay updated on relevant legal developments.

Duration:

Full-time, permanent position.
