About the Job:
SKR & Associates is hiring for two distinct roles. The firm is looking for an experienced Advocate with a background in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters, as well as fresh law graduates eager to start a career in litigation. These roles offer a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic legal practice and develop professional skills in a supportive environment.
Eligibility:
1. *Advocate with IBC Experience:*
- At least 1 year of experience in handling Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters.
- Strong understanding of IBC regulations and procedures.
2. *Fresher Law Graduate:*
- Recent law graduates with a degree in law.
- Enthusiasm for litigation and a desire to build a legal career.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. *Advocate with IBC Experience:*
- Handle cases related to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
- Provide legal advice and representation in insolvency matters.
- Prepare and manage legal documents, including petitions and briefs.
- Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to resolve cases.
2. *Fresher Law Graduate:*
- Assist in litigation tasks, including research and drafting of legal documents.
- Support senior lawyers in case preparation and court proceedings.
- Learn and develop skills in various aspects of litigation.
Duration:
Full-time, Permanent
