Associate (Litigation – Civil, Corporate, White Collar Crime)

About the Internship/Job:

They are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Associate to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters, including civil litigation, corporate law, and white-collar crime cases. Eligibility:

Minimum 2-3 years of practical experience in civil litigation, corporate law, and white-collar crime.
Strong knowledge of basic legal principles and excellent research and analytical skills.
Attention to detail, disciplined work approach, and the ability to handle assignments with precision.
Previous experience in drafting legal documents and assisting seniors in complex cases.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases and transactions.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements.
Assist seniors in preparing for hearings, trials, and corporate meetings.
Interact with clients, addressing their concerns and providing legal advice.
Appear in different forums on behalf of clients, representing their interests effectively.
Collaborate with the legal team and contribute to case strategy discussions.
Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and judicial decisions.

Duration:

Full-time position with a long-term commitment.
