About the Associate Position:

They are seeking a passionate and dedicated fresher advocate to join our team as an Associate. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals looking to build a successful career in litigation, with exposure to a diverse range of legal matters and court appearances.

Eligibility:

• Recent law graduates with a strong interest in litigation.

• Excellent drafting and research skills.

• Ability to appear before Magistrate Courts, Sessions Court, City Civil Court, Family Court, Small Causes Court, and the High Court.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As an Associate a you will be responsible for:

• Drafting Legal Notices, Petitions, Replies, Rejoinders, and various Applications.

• Representing clients in Magistrate Courts, Sessions Court, City Civil Court, Family Court, Small Causes Court, and the High Court.

• Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.

• Collaborating with senior advocates and legal experts.

• Assisting in case management and preparation.

Duration:

This is a full-time position with a long-term commitment, providing ample opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
