About the Position:

The Associate Advocate role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented advocate looking to work in a dynamic legal environment. This position offers direct experience in legal research, case assistance, and various legal processes, contributing to the preparation and presentation of cases in court.


Eligibility:

Candidates must possess:

- A law degree from a recognized institution.

- Enrollment with a Bar Council and eligibility to practice law.

- Strong analytical and research skills.

- Proficiency in legal drafting and familiarity with court procedures.

- A collaborative attitude and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and analyze case laws and legal issues.

- Assist in case preparation and participate in court proceedings.

- Manage filing, drafting, and pleading tasks.

- Support all aspects of case work, including documentation and case presentation before the Hon'ble High Court.


Duration:

Full-time position, with a commitment to regular office hours.
