About the Job

The firm is seeking a highly motivated law graduate with a minimum post-qualification experience (PQE) of 1 year to join as an Associate. This is a full-time position offering opportunities to engage in diverse areas of legal practice, draft pleadings, appear in courts and tribunals, and manage client relations.


Eligibility

- Law graduate with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE)

- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and work in a team environment

- Proficiency in legal procedures and practices across various forums is preferred


Roles and Responsibilities

- Drafting pleadings, legal notices, and petitions

- Representing clients in courts, tribunals, and arbitration proceedings

- Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs

- Managing office operations and client counseling

- Assisting in the preparation and review of contracts and other legal documents


Duration

Full-time position with no fixed end date
