Job Opportunity as Associate Advocate (Entry-Level and Experienced)

About the Job:

The Chambers of Vivek Kumar Tandon is seeking highly motivated and skilled Associates to join their dynamic team. The roles available cater to both entry-level advocates (PQE 0-2 years) and more experienced advocates (PQE above 2 years) with a proven track record in litigation. Associates will work on a wide array of legal matters, appearing before the High Court of Delhi, various district courts, NCDRC, CAT, and other tribunals. The firm also welcomes internship applications throughout the year for passionate law students interested in gaining hands-on experience in litigation.


Eligibility:

- *For Associates (PQE 0-2 years):* Fresh law graduates or advocates with up to 2 years of experience in litigation.

- *For Associates (PQE Above 2 years):* Advocates with more than 2 years of experience in litigation, with a proven track record.

- *For Interns:* Law students with a keen interest in litigation.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents.

- Conducting comprehensive legal research on diverse legal issues.

- Representing clients in court appearances and before various tribunals.

- Collaborating with senior counsel and colleagues on complex legal matters.

- Maintaining strong command of English for effective communication and documentation.

- Utilizing proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat for document preparation and management.

- Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills through case analysis and strategy development.


Duration:

- *Associates:* Full-time positions.

- *Internship:* Open throughout the year (without stipend).
