About the Job:

Jain & Saigal Law Offices seeks two associates with a Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) of 0 to 3 years. This is a dynamic role offering hands-on experience in litigation, client interaction, and legal drafting. Freshers and candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply.


Eligibility:

Candidates should possess a law degree and have 0 to 3 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with civil-commercial litigation and a keen interest in gaining courtroom exposure will be beneficial.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drafting for various courts and tribunals, including district courts, Delhi High Court, Supreme Court, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, and NCDRC.

- Preparing legal opinions and agreements as part of document drafting responsibilities.

- Regular court appearances, involving daily attendance at various courts and tribunals.

- Interacting with clients, attending client meetings, coordinating, and providing timely updates to clients.


Duration:

Full-time position with a long-term commitment expected.

Salary/Stipend:
