About the Job:

H.T. Legal is seeking a dynamic Associate with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in handling civil, commercial litigation, IBC matters, and arbitration. The role involves representing clients in various courts and tribunals, including the Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, and District Courts of Delhi NCR.


Eligibility:

- 1-2 years of experience in IBC matters is mandatory.

- Candidates with prior experience in civil, commercial litigation, and arbitration will be preferred.

- Immediate joiners will be given priority.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle civil, commercial litigation, arbitration, and IBC matters.

- Appear and represent clients in courts and tribunals, including the Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, and District Courts of Delhi NCR.

- Assist in drafting, legal research, and preparing case strategies.

- Attend arbitration proceedings and liaise with clients.


Duration:

This is a full-time position.
