About the Job
Metalegal Advocates is looking for a passionate and dedicated Associate to join our Matrimonial & Economic Offences Team. The role involves providing legal counsel on Criminal and Civil Litigation, Matrimonial Law, and Tax Law while handling multiple litigation, mediation, and advisory matters. This is an excellent opportunity for young legal professionals to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment.
Eligibility
LLB graduate with 0-1 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) (preferred).
Strong legal research and analytical skills.
Passion for practicing diverse areas of law.
Excellent drafting, litigation, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Advising clients on Criminal and Civil Litigation, Matrimonial Law, and Tax Law.
Providing legal counsel on matrimonial disputes and economic offences.
Drafting and reviewing petitions, agreements, MoUs, appeals, and other legal documents.
Handling multiple litigation, mediation, and advisory matters.
Conducting legal research and drafting articles/white papers.
Representing clients before various legal forums, depending on experience
Duration
