About the Job:

The firm is seeking two dedicated Associates to join its team. This is a physical, full-time role requiring immediate joining. The position provides an excellent opportunity for fresh law graduates to gain practical experience in diverse legal matters and develop their litigation skills.

Eligibility:

• Fresh law graduates with enrollment in the Bar Council of India.

• Strong interest in civil and criminal litigation.

  
  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Represent clients and appear before courts and tribunals, including:

  • High Court

  • City Civil Court

  • Small Causes Court

  • DRT

  • NCLT

  • Metropolitan Courts

• Draft pleadings, petitions, and other legal documents.

• Argue cases and assist senior advocates during proceedings.

• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.

  
  

Duration:

Full-time position with no fixed term.

Salary/Stipend:

Chamber No. 2, Beaumon (Jhamb) Chamber, 2nd Floor, Nagindas Master Road,Fort, Mumbai 400023 (Opposite Bombay High Court).
