About the Job:

The Office of Kripa Shankar Prasad is seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate to join their team in New Delhi. Eligibility:

- Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in litigation

- Preferably experienced in service matters and civil writs

- Strong understanding of legal procedures and court practices

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assisting in the preparation and filing of cases in the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Central Administrative Tribunal, and Civil Courts in Delhi

- Conducting thorough legal research and drafting legal documents

- Representing clients in court under the supervision of senior counsel

- Preparing case briefs and legal opinions

- Managing client interactions and maintaining case files
