About the Job:

The firm is seeking a motivated and diligent Associate with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their legal team. The selected candidate will assist in handling a diverse portfolio of cases related to civil and commercial litigation, ADR, contract management, and insolvency and bankruptcy laws. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of legal practice, working closely with experienced legal professionals in a dynamic and challenging environment.


Eligibility:

- Law graduates with 0-2 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation, ADR, contract management, and insolvency and bankruptcy laws.

- Excellent command of English, both oral and written.

- Prior court exposure is desirable.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing and handling civil and commercial litigation cases.

- Support in the preparation and management of contracts.

- Engage in alternative dispute resolution processes.

- Conduct legal research and apply findings to practical legal scenarios.

- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and memos.

- Interact with clients confidently, providing them with timely and accurate legal advice.

- Utilize legal research software efficiently to assist in case preparation and strategy.


Skills Required:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Analytical ability to interpret laws and apply them effectively.

- Proficiency in legal research and the use of related software.

- Ability to interact with clients professionally and confidently.

- High level of integrity, honesty, and commitment to work ethics.


Duration:

This is a full-time position.
