About the Job:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate to join our Consumer Team. The role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment, handle client portfolios, and provide practical, commercially sound legal advice.


Eligibility:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Law

- 1-2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in handling consumer cases

- Proficient knowledge of consumer law

- Prior experience appearing before District and State Consumer Forums

- Excellent writing, speaking, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drafting complaints, replies, and evidence affidavits

- Representing clients and attending hearings before Consumer Forums

- Providing practical and commercially savvy advice to clients

- Collaborating with local counsels across India to manage client portfolios


Duration:

Full-time position
