About the Job

We are seeking motivated professionals to join our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) team. As an Associate, you will review, analyze, and extract information from contracts. The role offers a hybrid or permanent work-from-home setup with flexible shifts.


Eligibility

- Law degree required

- 3+ years of experience in CLM

- Proficiency in contract clauses

- Advantageous if you are a lawyer with experience using a CLM tool

- Knowledge of MS Office

- Open to candidates currently residing in India


Roles and Responsibilities

- Review and analyze contracts to extract key data points

- Interpret and summarize contractual clauses

- Meet daily production targets while maintaining high quality

- Adhere to information security policies and procedures

- Report security incidents or weaknesses to designated officers

- Participate in emergency response activities and training

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Creative thinking and excellent written communication

- Attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure

- Initiative and multitasking ability

- Flexible and open to working with a global team

- Self-learning mindset with a willingness to adapt to challenges

Hybrid/Remote (Permanent work-from-home)


Work Timing

- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST or

- 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
