About the Job:

Dhvaj and Associates is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join their Corporate Team. This full-time position is ideal for a legal professional with 3-5 years of experience in corporate law. The Associate will be responsible for providing top-quality legal counsel to clients, particularly in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of various complex contracts and agreements.


Eligibility:

- *Experience:* 3-5 years of hands-on experience in corporate law, preferably gained in a law firm.

- *Education:* LLB/LLM degree holder from a well-ranked law school.

- *Skills:*

- High standard of written and spoken English.

- Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated, hard-working, and diligent with a commitment to delivering the highest quality of legal services.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- *Legal Counsel:* Deliver the highest quality of legal counsel and support to the firm’s valued clients.

- *Contract Drafting & Negotiation:* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including transaction agreements, term sheets, share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, business transfer agreements, asset purchase agreements, and joint venture agreements.

- *Sector-Specific Contracts:* Handle a broad spectrum of commercial contracts within the Real Estate, Fintech, Telecom, and IT sectors.

- *Due Diligence:* Possess a sound knowledge of due diligence processes, particularly in corporate transactions.


Duration:

This is a full-time position with opportunities for long-term career growth within the firm.
