About the Job:

Integreon is looking for experienced legal professionals to join its Mumbai office as an Associate L2 in Contract Drafting. This role involves working closely with a team of legal experts to draft, review, and manage contracts for clients in the US, UK, and other jurisdictions. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to high-stakes legal processes that have a global impact.


Eligibility:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract/agreement drafting, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and other related documents.

- A law degree (LLB or LLM) is required.

- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Willingness to work in shifts (Day Shift: 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. / Night Shift: 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.).


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and other legal agreements.

- Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage contract lifecycles and resolve legal issues.

- Provide subject matter expertise in contract management to support the delivery center’s operations.

- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and manage contract databases.

- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized contract solutions.


Duration:

- This is a permanent, full-time position.
