About the Job:

SSP Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong willingness to tackle challenges in various courts, particularly in the District Court. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer to advance their career in a dynamic legal setting.

Eligibility:

  • Must be enrolled with the State Bar Council.

  • Minimum of 1+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

  • Must be a resident of Patna.

  • Must have excellent drafting and orating skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in various courts, especially in District Court.

  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.

  • Provide legal counsel and support to clients.

  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on legal developments.

  • Collaborate with senior lawyers and other team members on complex cases.

  • Handle client interactions and manage case files effectively.

Duration:

  • The position requires immediate joining.
