About the Internship/Job
Unity Law Attorneys is seeking a dynamic Associate and a Legal Intern to join our team in Delhi/NCR. This is an excellent opportunity for law graduates and final-year law students to gain hands-on experience in litigation, research, and legal drafting under experienced legal professionals.
Eligibility
For Associate: Must have enrolled as an Advocate in the year 2024.
For Intern: Must be in the final year of a law course.
Roles and Responsibilities
Associate:
Handling legal research and drafting petitions, applications, and contracts.
Representing clients in courts and legal proceedings.
Assisting senior lawyers in case preparation and client meetings.
Managing legal documentation and case files.
Intern:
Conducting legal research and case law analysis.
Assisting in drafting legal documents and pleadings.
Attending court hearings and client meetings for practical exposure.
Performing administrative and documentation-related tasks.
Duration
Associate: Full-time, Permanent
Intern: Duration as per academic requirement (minimum 1-2 months preferred)
Salary/Stipend
Associate: Competitive salary (as per industry standards)
Intern: Stipend as per company policy
Location
Office at: Ch. No. 7, Nanda Tower, Kaushambi, UP 201012 (Near Anand Vihar, Delhi)
