About the Job
The position of Associate (Litigation) involves engaging in diverse litigation work at the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and PMLA Appellate Tribunal. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced legal professionals, providing a robust platform for professional growth and skill development in litigation.
Eligibility
Law graduates with 0-2 years of experience in litigation.
Candidates residing in East Delhi or Ghaziabad will be preferred.
Strong research and drafting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Keen interest in litigation and court procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in handling litigation matters at the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and PMLA Appellate Tribunal.
Conduct legal research and prepare case notes.
Draft pleadings, petitions, and other legal documents.
Appear in court and assist in court proceedings.
Manage client communications and case files.
Provide support in case strategy and preparation.
Duration
This is a full-time position.
