About the Job:

PC & Co is seeking an Associate (Litigation) with 0-2 years of experience to join their dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to represent clients in court and other legal proceedings, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings and briefs. The role promises exposure to diverse legal issues and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Eligibility:

• An attorney with 0-2 years of experience

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work effectively within a team

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and briefs

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and preparation

• Ensure effective communication with clients and maintain client relationships

Duration:

• Full-time position
