About the Job:

SKB & Associates is looking to hire two qualified associates for their Kolkata office. This position focuses on real estate documentation, including drafting legal agreements, deeds of conveyance, and due diligence reports. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in a professional legal environment while working on diverse property-related cases.


Eligibility:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree

  • Enrolled with the Bar Council of West Bengal (AIBE cleared)

  • 1-2 years of experience in drafting deeds of conveyance, agreements for sale, and other legal agreements

  • Proficiency in conducting property due diligence

  • Strong drafting skills

  • Candidates residing in or around Kolkata, West Bengal, are preferred


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Draft deeds of conveyance, agreements for sale, and other property-related legal documents

  • Conduct due diligence for property transactions

  • Research and analyze property laws and legal precedents

  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with legal standards and client requirements

  • Assist in negotiations and client interactions as required


Duration:

This is a full-time position with no fixed term, offering long-term career prospects in a reputed legal firm.
