About the Internship/Job:
They are currently hiring dynamic and passionate legal professionals for various positions ranging from Associates to Principal Associates and Senior Associates across different practice areas. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases, collaborate with experienced legal practitioners, and contribute to the firm’s success.
Eligibility:
LLB degree from a recognized institution.
Relevant work experience in the specified practice area (for Senior Associate positions).
Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated commitment to legal excellence and professional growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conducting legal research and analysis on various issues related to the assigned practice area.
Drafting legal documents, opinions, and contracts.
Assisting senior attorneys in case preparations and court appearances.
Providing legal advice to clients and participating in client meetings.
Keeping abreast of legal developments and updates in the assigned area of law.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams within the firm.
Duration:
Full-time positions with a probationary period for evaluation, followed by a permanent position based on performance.
