About the Job:

The Deals Strategy team is looking for dynamic professionals to join as Associates and Senior Associates. This role involves contributing to strategic decision-making processes through comprehensive research, analysis, and client engagement. If you are passionate about consulting, commercial due diligence, and strategy, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career.


Eligibility:

- MBA from a Tier 1 institute

- 0-2 years of experience in strategy or due diligence

- Mandatory experience in commercial due diligence

- Consulting experience is preferred


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct primary and secondary research to support client engagements

- Perform market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and business plan assumption testing

- Analyze deal risks and potential upsides

- Present findings to internal engagement teams and clients

- Assist in proposal preparation and business development efforts


Duration:

Full-time role
