About the Internship/Job:

Masilamani Law Partners is looking to hire a qualified Associate to work in the trademarks and copyrights prosecution practice. The role will involve an initial six-month assessment internship period, which will be paid and applies only to candidates who have completed their LLB degree. During this period, candidates will be evaluated for their performance and suitability for the full-time role.

Eligibility:

- Qualification: LLB (3 or 5 years)

- Candidates who have completed their LLB degree are eligible for the paid assessment internship.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conducting trademark and copyright searches

- Drafting and filing trademark/copyright applications

- Managing prosecution processes

- Handling trademark oppositions, cancellations, and assignment deeds

- Dealing with other related trademark and copyright matters

Duration:

- Assessment internship for a period of six months, paid for candidates who have completed their degree.
