Eligibility:

- 0-2 years of experience in litigation, specifically in appearing before High Court

- Proficient in drafting petitions and replies

- Strong research skills and experience in client dealings

- Preference for candidates based in Jodhpur

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Appearing before the High Court and other relevant forums

- Drafting petitions, replies, and other legal documents

- Conducting comprehensive legal research

- Managing client interactions and providing legal advice

- Assisting in arbitration and indirect taxation matters
