About the Job:
As a Banking Law Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our firm’s banking and financial services practice. You will be involved in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of banking contracts and agreements, providing legal advice on regulatory compliance, financial transactions, and risk management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Eligibility:
LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
Licensed to practice law in India.
2-3 years of experience in banking law, with a particular focus on contract drafting.
Proficiency in legal research, writing, and communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
High ethical standards and professionalism.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of banking contracts and agreements.
Provide legal advice on banking law issues, including regulatory compliance, financial transactions, and risk management.
Work closely with clients to understand their legal needs and offer tailored advice.
Collaborate with our team to develop strategies and solutions for complex legal challenges.
Stay updated on changes in banking law and regulations.
Duration:
This is a full-time position.
