About the Job:

As a Banking Law Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our firm’s banking and financial services practice. You will be involved in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of banking contracts and agreements, providing legal advice on regulatory compliance, financial transactions, and risk management. Eligibility:

• LLB/LLM from a recognized university.

• Licensed to practice law in India.

• 2-3 years of experience in banking law, with a particular focus on contract drafting.

• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and communication.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• High ethical standards and professionalism.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of banking contracts and agreements.

• Provide legal advice on banking law issues, including regulatory compliance, financial transactions, and risk management.

• Work closely with clients to understand their legal needs and offer tailored advice.
