About the Job:

Panda Law is seeking a talented Associate to join our Commercial and Data Protection practice. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team on a variety of challenging and impactful legal matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and advising on commercial and data protection issues, drafting and negotiating contracts, and providing comprehensive legal research and recommendations.

Eligibility:

- Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) degree.

- 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial law and data protection.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and time management skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing and advising on commercial and data protection matters.

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.

- Conduct legal research and provide well-informed recommendations related to intellectual property, data protection, and other related matters.

- Handle multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address legal issues and compliance requirements.

Duration:

This is a full-time position.
