About the Internship/Job:

Vinit Nagar & Co. is seeking qualified Company Secretaries (CS), CS interns, and lawyers practicing in Corporate Law and IBC to join their dynamic team. The firm offers an excellent opportunity for professionals to engage in high-profile litigation and corporate law practice, collaborate with senior lawyers, and stay updated on the latest developments in Corporate Law and IBC.

Eligibility:

  • Qualified Company Secretary (CS) or CS interns.

  • LL.B. degree for lawyers with experience in Corporate Law and IBC.

  • Strong research and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and drafting skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handling litigation and appearance practice before NCLT and NCLAT.

  • Assisting in research and preparation of legal documents.

  • Collaborating with senior lawyers on various cases.

  • Staying updated on the latest developments in Corporate Law and IBC.

  • Drafting legal documents and opinions.
