About the Internship/Job:
They are seeking a skilled and experienced Company Secretary to join our team at the Kandivali West office on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with various regulatory frameworks, including Companies Act, LODR, ICADR, SAST, PIT, and MCA filing, including XBRL.
Eligibility:
Minimum of two to three years of relevant experience as a Company Secretary.
Thorough knowledge of Companies Act, LODR, ICADR, SAST, PIT, and MCA filing, including XBRL.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Handle board meetings, AGMs, and other company secretarial matters.
Drafting and vetting of legal documents.
Facilitate communication with regulatory authorities.
Manage and maintain records, registers, and filings.
Provide guidance on corporate governance best practices.
Duration:
This is a full-time position with a long-term commitment.
