About the Position:
Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
They are seeking a qualified and experienced Company Secretary to join our team as a Compliance Officer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to all Company Secretarial responsibilities, including compliance with the Companies Act and SEBI Regulations for our Main Board listed entity.
Eligibility:
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with [X] years of relevant experience in a Main Board listed company.
Thorough knowledge of Companies Act and SEBI Regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under stringent timelines.
Proactive approach to compliance management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all Company Secretarial responsibilities for the Main Board listed entity.
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and other relevant laws.
Coordinate with various departments to collect necessary information for compliance filings.
Prepare and file necessary documents with regulatory authorities.
Advise senior management on legal and compliance matters.
Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance across departments.
Stay updated on changes in legislation and regulations affecting the company.
Act as a point of contact for regulatory bodies and facilitate communication.
Duration:
Full-time, permanent position.
