About the Job:


This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Company Secretary with a focus on listing and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters. The successful candidate will be a key player in our team, contributing to the company's growth and success.

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of post-qualification experience as a Company Secretary.

  • Preferably holds a law degree.

  • Experience in listing and IBC matters is highly preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle company secretarial activities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Manage and oversee the listing and IBC-related functions within the organization.

  • Provide legal advice and support on a range of corporate and regulatory issues.

  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submissions and filings.

  • Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

Duration:

Full-time, permanent position.
