About the Internship/Job:

Beacon Trusteeship Limited is seeking a Compliance Associate or CS Intern to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to various compliance activities and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Eligibility:

  • Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of work experience

  • CS Interns are encouraged to apply

  • Mumbai-based candidates preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a compliance list required as per transactions

  • Follow-up and monitor pre and post compliance and covenants periodically

  • Handle general compliance activities related to trustee transactions

  • Prepare and review SEBI regulatory reports, submissions, internal processes/policies, and other documents to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks

  • Obtain and review quarterly compliance reports (QCR) for clients

  • Manage the timely registration of charges with ROC, CERSAI, and NeSL

  • Monitor security cover and issue consent/NOC/PARI PASSU letters when required

  • Obtain and review half-yearly certificates for listed issues

  • Track pending checklist documents and follow up for timely compliance

  • Review various due diligence reports from third parties, such as valuation reports and CA certificates

  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and professionals as necessary
