About the Job:

Legasis Private Limited is seeking a Compliance Solutions Associate to join their team. This full-time, permanent position is suitable for recent graduates and individuals with up to three years of experience. The role involves implementing compliance solution platforms across client organizations and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline

- Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Implement compliance solution platforms for clients, covering laws such as the Companies Act 2013, SEBI Act 1992, FEMA Act 2000, Banking Regulation Act 1949, and RBI regulations.

- Create and finalize task lists, map compliance requirements, and activate compliance as per due dates.

- Ensure high standards of database quality and align practices with applicable laws.

- Manage content quality, delivery, and service support to clients.

- Resolve escalations promptly and ensure smooth operations.

- Participate in review and governance calls with clients, prepare minutes of meetings, and provide actionable reports.

- Stay updated with regulatory changes and conduct impact assessments.

- Conduct research on legal changes and integrate them into compliance solutions.

- Manage project timelines and address client complaints effectively.

- Support secretarial compliance in accordance with the Companies Act 2013.
