About the Job:

We are looking for a Contract Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements. The role involves working on contracts such as MSAs, SOWs, Content Licenses, SaaS, General Supply Agreements, and IT Services Agreements. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and handle end-to-end contract lifecycle management.


Eligibility:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Law.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in contract negotiation and management.

  • Proficiency in handling commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, Content Licenses, SaaS, General Supply Agreements, and IT Services Agreements.

  • Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and amend contracts for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Lead negotiations and redlining of complex commercial agreements.

  • Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.

  • Serve as the primary contact for contract-related inquiries and issues.

  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including execution, renewal, and termination.

  • Ensure all contracts align with company policies and objectives.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide expert advice on contract matters.

  • Develop and implement contract management best practices.

  • Mentor junior team members in contract-related activities.


Duration:

Full-time employment.
