About the Job

We are offering a challenging and rewarding opportunity for legal professionals passionate about financial regulations, IT agreements, and risk management. As a Contract Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex legal frameworks, ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, and craft strategic solutions for our clients.


Eligibility

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT outsourcing agreements.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of RBI guidelines and regulatory norms for financial institutions.

  • Strong attention to detail, risk assessment capabilities, and an ability to handle challenging legal environments.

  • Preference for candidates based in Gurgaon or Jaipur. However, exceptional candidates from other locations are also encouraged to apply.

  • Immediate availability is highly desirable.


Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Draft, review, and negotiate IT outsourcing agreements ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

  2. Ensure strict adherence to RBI outsourcing norms and other relevant regulations.

  3. Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with contractual obligations.

  4. Provide legal counsel on IT agreements and regulatory frameworks to internal teams and clients.

  5. Work closely with internal stakeholders to address and resolve contractual and compliance-related challenges.


Duration

This is a full-time position requiring immediate availability.

Salary/StipendCompetitive salary, commensurate with experience and expertise.


Location

Work-from-home flexibility. Preference for candidates from Gurgaon or Jaipur.
