Eligibility:

• 2-3 years PQE in corporate law.

• Proven experience in handling various corporate commercial matters.

• Strong drafting skills with a track record of crafting commercial agreements.

• Excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Work on a variety of corporate commercial matters.

2. Utilize and enhance your drafting skills through the creation of multiple commercial agreements.

3. Collaborate within a lean team, ensuring hands-on experience.

4. Engage with both domestic and international clients.

5. Uphold strong communication skills to effectively navigate legal complexities.
