About the Job:

We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven CSR Consultant to join our team in Delhi NCR. This role involves working directly with our client to conceptualize, strategize, and implement impactful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Eligibility:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of work experience in CSR, fundraising, business development, or related fields.

  • Education: Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful partnerships.

    • Proven expertise in creating persuasive proposals, impactful presentations, and negotiating deals.

    • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting targets.

    • In-depth knowledge of CSR laws, compliance frameworks, and industry trends.


Roles and Responsibilities:

As a CSR Consultant, you will:

  • Strategize and Engage: Develop and execute plans to engage corporates and pitch CSR initiatives.

  • Build Partnerships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with businesses, foundations, and other stakeholders.

  • Fundraising: Identify and pursue funding opportunities while aligning proposals with CSR goals.

  • Collaborate: Work with teams to create impactful presentations, proposals, and reports.

  • Monitor Progress: Track the status of CSR partnerships and ensure transparent reporting.

  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of evolving CSR trends, laws, and best practices to inform strategic decisions.


Duration:

This is a full-time position.


Salary/Stipend:

The compensation will be commensurate with experience and industry standards.
