About the Internship/Job:

Position: In-House Legal Counsel Type: Full-time

Eligibility:

• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business agreements.

• Strong educational background in law

• Proficient in interpreting legal documents, providing advice, and managing contractual databases.

• Familiarity with substantive and procedural laws applicable in the country.

• Excellent research skills and understanding of court procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Draft, review, and negotiate various types of business agreements.

2. Interpret legal documents, provide advice to concerned teams, and manage contractual databases.

3. Handle replies to show cause notices and other legal notices issued by statutory authorities.

4. Efficiently manage critical document databases.

5. Draft MOUs, NDAs, LOIs, LOAs, and communications with statutory authorities.

6. Conduct legal research on various topics.

7. Provide knowledge and understanding of court procedures.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance.

Duration:

The position is a full-time, permanent role.
