We are looking for an IP Attorney to join our Trademarks (Prosecution & Opposition) practice at our Gurugram office. This role involves handling trademark filings, prosecution, oppositions, and other contentious matters. Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handle trademark filing, prosecution, oppositions, and contentious matters.✔ Conduct legal research and risk assessments to develop trademark protection strategies.✔ Draft legal articles and reports on trademark law developments.✔ Collaborate effectively with the team while maintaining strong client communication.

Eligibility & Requirements:

📌 Work Experience: 1-3 years of experience in trademarks law.📌 Legal Skills: Strong understanding of trademark laws, filings, and opposition proceedings.📌 Research & Writing: Ability to draft legal articles, reports, and case analyses.📌 Analytical Ability: Strong research and analytical skills to assess legal risks.📌 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
