About the Internship/Job:

This freelance opportunity involves handling UK copyright and trademark processes, making a meaningful contribution to our intellectual property practice. As an IP Professional, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our clients’ creative assets and ensuring compliance with intellectual property laws.

Eligibility:

• Prior professional experience in handling UK copyright and trademark processes.

• In-depth knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations in the UK.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research on copyright and trademark matters.

• Draft and review legal documents related to intellectual property.

• Assist in the preparation and filing of trademark and copyright applications.

• Provide legal advice and guidance on intellectual property issues.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address IP-related concerns.

Duration:

This is a project-based freelance opportunity with a flexible duration based on project requirements.
