About the Internship/Job:
This freelance opportunity involves handling UK copyright and trademark processes, making a meaningful contribution to our intellectual property practice. As an IP Professional, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our clients’ creative assets and ensuring compliance with intellectual property laws.
Eligibility:
Prior professional experience in handling UK copyright and trademark processes.
In-depth knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations in the UK.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive research on copyright and trademark matters.
Draft and review legal documents related to intellectual property.
Assist in the preparation and filing of trademark and copyright applications.
Provide legal advice and guidance on intellectual property issues.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address IP-related concerns.
Duration:
This is a project-based freelance opportunity with a flexible duration based on project requirements.
